The Omenica Ski Club in Burns Lake had great weather this past Saturday for a day of fun and friendly cross-county ski competition and activities for students of area elementary schools.

Racing Rocks 2014 was made possible by the Omenica Ski Club, Cross Country Canada and School District 91.

There was a definite Olympic feel to the fun, with participants carrying nation flags and wearing Olympic ring face paintings.
